Q&A
- Will this break a fast?
- Hello Dan, Our Stay Ready Fiber is made up almost entirely of dietary fiber, which is not digested or absorbed by the body and therefore does not raise blood sugar levels. The only digestible ingredient is a very small amount of rice flour—about 12mg per capsule, which equals roughly 0.05 calories. This amount is nutritionally insignificant and highly unlikely to have any impact on fasting or ketosis. In short, while technically anything with calories could “break” a strict fast, the amount in our fiber is so minimal that it shouldn’t affect your goals. Sincerely, -PFM Support
- Since it has fiber in it does it make you have diarrhea?
- Hello, thank you for reaching out! Our fiber supplement is designed to promote regularity, not diarrhea. When taken as directed with plenty of water, it helps create a solid, clean process. Let us know if you have any other questions!
