- If I have IBS-D and already use the stay ready fiber to aid my digestion, would the reset be a healthy option for me or would it cause really bad symptoms for me?

For reference, RESET is typically taken as 1–2 capsules per day for 3–10 days (not exceeding that range), with plenty of water (at least 16 oz per dose) and good hydration throughout the day. Many customers with IBS do well with the fiber, but since RESET works differently, we’d recommend introducing it cautiously and seeing how your body responds. When taking dietary fiber (including Stay Ready), it’s best to wait 2-3 hours before or after taking other supplements or medications. This prevents the fiber from potentially absorbing them as it forms in your system. For RESET detox specifically, we suggest experimenting to find a routine that works best for you. Please keep in mind that RESET detox is a colon cleanse, so it will increase bowel movements.
